GN Netcom to Supply PC Headsets to Microsoft Unified Communications Platform
Headsets supplier GN Netcom has announced that it will work together with Microsoft’s Unified Communications Groups to supply state-of-the-art office PC peripheral headsets for IP telephony, audio, video, web conferencing and instant messaging.
"Industry-leading companies such as GN Netcom are playing a significant role in the development of PC peripheral devices that work with Microsoft Office Live Communications Server 2007 and Microsoft Office Communicator 2007," said Eric Swift, senior director of product management for the Unified Communications Group, Microsoft.
GN Netcom will provide Microsoft’s customers with a wide variety of device solutions for IP telephony, speech recognition, video conferencing, Internet chat and multimedia applications in a broad range of wearing styles.
The products will be available for Microsoft customers and business professionals throughout the world in 2007.
