Cognizant Technology Solutions has announced that it has been selected by Publishers Circulation Fulfillment Inc., an independent provider of home and office newspaper delivery services in the U.S. to deploy a complete end-to-end SAP IS-Media solution across the company’s internal and external operations.
Cognizant said it will leverage its partnership with SAP and expertise in the SAP NetWeaver platform to consolidate PCF’s legacy systems in a full life-cycle SAP application implementation, beginning with blue-printing to functional analysis and extending through realization and support.
Cognizant’s and SAP’s Media & Entertainment industry experts will target efficiency gains across core processes — from asset management to service delivery — to transform PCF’s business capabilities so the company can expand its offerings of BPO services to clients in the publishing industry.
