Zensar Technologies has signed a contract with UK-based Fujitsu Services to create a strategic partnership for offshore outsourcing of Fujitsu's IT services business. The deal, worth USD 30 million, is for five years. Under the arrangement agreed between Fujitsu and Zensar, the latter will create a dedicated Global Delivery Centre (GDC) in Pune to handle the offshore work for Fujitsu.
Announcing the deal to the media persons on Wednesday, Zensar Deputy Chairman and Managing Director Ganesh Natarajan said: "With the signing of this deal the base for a long term association has been created. It is also a mark of recognition for our global offshore delivery experience and process maturity."
