Software AG and SYRACOM AG, a business and IT consultancy, have introduced a new solution for automating exception and investigation management of SWIFT-based transactions. S
SWIFT (the Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication) is a member-owned cooperative known principally as a provider of secure, high-speed messaging between member organizations.
The new solution, PINQ (Process INQuiries Management System), brings together a SWIFT-certified enterprise service bus (ESB) with advanced business process management (BPM) and business rules management (BRM), claimed Software AG.
Key components of the PINQ solution include the webMethods ESB, standards-based enterprise service bus solution and webMethods BPMS, Software AG’s award-winning process design, management, execution and monitoring solution. The PINQ solution also capitalizes upon the best practices established by SYRACOM in engagements with a number of leading financial services institutions.
