Avanade Appoints New SEA GM

Avanade Inc., a global IT consultancy specialising in delivering solutions on the Microsoft platform, has appointed Mr. Yeo Guan Kai as the General Manager for Southeast Asia, Avanade Asia.

Guan Kai will be instrumental in driving business strategies and managing the company’s operations for the Southeast Asia region. He brings with him over 28 years of experience in the IT industry.

Prior to joining Avanade, Guan Kai spent almost 20 years at Accenture in several roles including consulting, marketing, Centre for Strategic Technology (now known as Accenture Technology Labs) and alliances. His last assignment was Director of Business Development for the Public Service Operating Group in Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. Prior to Accenture, he worked for Singapore Ministry of Defence’s Systems and Computer Organisation.

Guan Kai holds a Master’s degree in Business Analysis and Design from City University, London.
