The certification recognises that Orange Business Services has met Cisco’s highest standards of networking competency, service and support as well as customer satisfaction in all geographic theaters. The certification complements Orange Business Services’ accreditation in Cisco’s Global Commerce Specialization and Cisco’s Global Service Alliance programmes.
"The achievement of Cisco Global Certified Partner status recognizes Orange Business Services’ expertise and resources to plan, design, implement and operate Cisco networking solutions across the globe,” said Keith Goodwin, senior vice president of Worldwide Channels at Cisco.
Cisco global certification brings benefits such as unsurpassed service level, proven technical expertise and global solutions to Orange Business Services’ customers:
Barbara Dalibard, President and CEO of Orange Business Services, said: “Becoming a Cisco Global Certified Partner sets us apart from the competition. It exemplifies our commitment to provide extremely reliable service in every region of the world.
