Salesforce.com Improves CRM Package

On demand CRM company Salesforce.com has launched Salesforce Winter’ 08, ite new version of Customer Resource Management (CRM) packages.

Some of the new products and applications are Force.com, an new on-demand platform for CRM application development including Visualforce, Salesforce Ideas and Salesforce Content.

In addition, partners of Salesforce.com, including OneSource Information Services and Aprimo, announced enhancements to their own applications that integrate with the CRM company’s platform.
