Sony is trying to carve itself a name in the camera business and this shows in its new DSLR A700 camera that was launched recently.
At the looks of it, the camera looks really interesting with some wonderful features and if one considers its use, then it is obvious the camera is not for lay users. It is for hardcore and professional ‘shooters.’
The A700 comes equipped with a 12.2 megapixel CMOS sensor enough for getting some amazing lifelike prints.
Its other specifications are fast shutter speed of up to 1/8000th of a second, HDMI output, and a new swift autofocus system. The camera has an automatic display rotation for vertical shooting.
Apart from two batteries, the camera comes with more than two dozen lenses and accessories. The Sony DSLR-A7000 camera body will sell for USD 1,400 when it ships in October. Various lens kits will ship in October and November for anywhere between USD 550 and USD 1,900. |
