Sybase Appoints Tan Teng Cheong to Head Singapore Sales Operations

Sybase has appointed Tan Teng Cheong as Country Manager of its Singapore sales operation with responsibility for business development, sales, marketing communications, professional services and overall management of Sybase's business operations throughout the city state. Teng Cheong will report directly to Horace Chow, vice president, Asia Pacific, Sybase.
