Recombo has announced the availability of Recombo WAYPOINT for Salesforce's AppExchange. "Now available on the AppExchange, Recombo WAYPOINT provides tight integration between Salesforce and Outlook, and offers a consumer-driven approach to digital signatures," said Reed Clayton, VP Market Development for Recombo. Recombo WAYPOINT enables Microsoft Outlook to capture digital signatures, track documents and update Salesforce automatically. "Signing digitally should be a choice customers can make instead of a requirement forced upon them, to ensure their organization remains in step with both the market and the marketplace", Reed said.
WAYPOINT is said to eliminate the time and cost of manually chasing, updating and filing documents by automatically posting them in Salesforce. The company says that Salesforce customers can use WAYPOINT to gain sign off and track proposals, change orders, contracts, notifications and purchase orders.
WAYPOINT lets you access your contact lists and browse and attach Salesforce documents directly from Outlook. It also claims to reduce the risk posed by incomplete document lifecycle tracking by capturing an irrefutable audit trail and integrating with Salesforce.
"Recombo WAYPOINT provides a secure, reliable and scaleable tool to digitally manage documentation and help the customers address rapid document delivery and execution," said Matt Holleran, vice president, AppExchange partners, salesforce.com.
"Recombo WAYPOINT delivers on its promise of enabling companies to close sales faster, access new markets, and significantly reduce costs without having to invest in custom development or infrastructure," said Mike Gardner, CEO of Recombo.
