William Tay
is a Senior Consultant/Enterprise Software Architect with NCS Pte Ltd. He has done research, development and implementation work in applying web services in environments of service-orientation. Besides being a MVP for Solutions Architect, William is also a Microsoft Regional Director who writes and speaks frequently in MSDN circuits, Microsoft TechED and other Microsoft events, as well as academic and industrial Web services events. He is a founding member and a XML Services Expert and Moderator of one of the INETA charter member sites (Singapore Professional DotNet Usergroup). William also sits on the panel of Subject Matter Experts on Web Services of the National Infocomm Competency Center of Singapore, together with XMLOne Usergroup and Singapore IT Federation, to craft out the Certified Web Services Professional (CWSP) Certificate.
