| Atul Saini |

Chairman of the Board, CEO and CTO Fiorano Software, Inc.
Atul Saini founded Fiorano Software, Inc. in 1995 with the vision of bringing an architectural revolution in the realm of business integration. Today, Fiorano provides the most comprehensive Enterprise Class Integration middleware powering Enterprise Nervous Systems of Fortune 500 companies spread across fast-growing sectors such as telecommunications, health, technology, financial services, government, manufacturing, retail and transportation.
Mr. Saini's vision of integration architecture is redefining business integration technologies today. While other EAI vendors are struggling with archaic monolithic architectures, Fiorano's innovative product, Fiorano ESB, is the only solution built ground up with a fully distributed architecture and a completely standards based approach. Mr. Saini also innovated the concept of SOA Implementation Frameworks (SOAIF) - new generation infrastructure platform software which combines the ESB, BPM, and service-oriented integration approaches. This pioneering concept solved the needs of event-based, process-driven, service-oriented integration of the mission-critical and highly distributed IT environment.
He is also one of the first entrepreneurs to realize the power of Java and JMS, Mr. Saini led Fiorano to become the very first company to release a commercial Java product based on Sun Microsystem's Java Message Service. Today, Fiorano's messaging product, FioranoMQ, is the acknowledged leading Java messaging server in the high growth messaging middleware market.
Mr. Saini has over 15 years of experience in the software industry. He has been a contributing member of the C++ Standards Committee and published an authoritative work on the subject "C++ Programming with the Standard Template Library" (Addison Wesley). He is a Board Member of the EAI Industry Consortium and member of the BPMI.org Standards organization.
Prior to founding Fiorano, Mr. Saini founded Modena Software Inc. which is a leading provider of C++ and Java Test Suites and Libraries. Prior to that, Mr. Saini led compiler development at HAL Computer Systems which was later taken over by Fujitsu of Japan. Mr. Saini holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) at Madras.
