The corporate rates extended at the Meritus Mandarin is only applicable when reservations are made directly with the Hotel in advance. All reservation requests must be accompanied by credit card and arrival flight details. If no flight details are given, we will only hold the reservation until 1800 hours. Arrival after this time will be subject to room availability. Once a room reservation is guaranteed by a credit card, when the room reservation is cancelled with less than 72 hours notice, the Hotel reserves the right to apply a late cancellation fee equivalent to the agreed rate for one night for each room cancelled. In the event of no-show, a no-show fee equivalent to the agreed rate for one night for each room will be imposed.
